CallWorks CMS or Mini System:  CallWorks CMS 4-12 line and Mini 4 line systems are state of the art Incoming Call Management systems. It is designed to connect between the telephone lines from the Telephone Company and your phone system. CallWorks automatically answers incoming calls when telephone staff is busy. The systems will place callers in a hold queue and will play music, advertisement or reminders to keep callers informed and entertained. While CallWorks presents the longest held call to an available staff to answer, staff will answer one call at a time.

With CallWorks, callers to your business will no longer experience extensive ringing nor will they get interrupted for answering another call. Three Custom Messages: Your CallWorks will be preloaded with three professionally recorded messages from your scripts. We recommend the following:

The total time to play these three messages will be 60 seconds. When designing message scripts, the rule of thumb is two words per second. You can send us the contents. Our professional scriptwriter will edit your messages, to fit them into the time slot. Return to list

One Choice of Licensed Music: Whether you prefer classical, jazz or soft rock, we have 17 categories of licensed music for you to choose from. Callers will hear your music selection between repeats of the reminder message. We will also change the music for you as many times as you like at a nominal service fee. We will remotely upload the new selection to your system within 24 hours once we receive your order. Return to list

Music-On-Hold Output to the Phone System: When you manually put callers on hold, do they hear silence? Traditionally, one can get a Music-On-Hold vendor to provide a box that plays music to callers who are being placed on hold. This function alone may cost $50 or more a month. Now, included in your CallWorks is a ready-made music source, which can connect to your telephone system, to provide the same function at no additional cost. Return to list

Professional Technical Support: Our experienced Technical Support team will provide help and updates on your CallWorks equipment. Maintenance & Repair: In the unlikely event that your CallWorks require service, we will send you a replacement unit to minimize disruption of service. Replacement process will be quick and simple.
